If you suffer any interference or
harassment while working in China, log the
incident with the FCCC helpline between 9am and 6pm on +86 1501 0986 650. Outside these hours, only absolute
emergencies will be taken on this number.
The FCCC is intent on documenting
all cases of interference and harassment of journalists working in China.
The FCCC helpline is staffed by a journalist volunteering her time to
collect this important information.

press briefings, you should apply for a guest pass. Requests should be
